New York-based artist Sarah Ganly is a lifelong learner who believes that life itself is art. Her early affinity for color and composition and imaginative repurposing of everyday items naturally led to a love of mixed media. With a deep love for nature, animals, and humanity, her work is a vibrant expression of emotion and the beauty of everyday life. As a small business owner for over 15 years, Sarah aims to bring comfort, empowerment, and joy to those who engage with her creative works.
SuperAwwwsome's Handmade Surprises
The goal of SuperAwwwsome's Surprises is to spread joy and inspire happiness by making handmade art accessible to everyone.
Ephemeral Art
Ephemeral art is a work of art that only lasts for a short amount of time, perhaps occurs once, and cannot be embodied in any lasting object. This type of art has always called to me because of the freedom it allows you to experiment with while also forcing you to let go of control.
Upcycled Art
Starting with what I have has always been an important part of my creative process. I find great joy in turning trash into treasure and using everyday items and things found in nature to create something new.
Coloring and Activity Books
From junk journaling to adult coloring, I enjoy making activity books that bring happiness and stress relief to the world.
2-D Art
I work in many mediums, styles, and dimensions. Here are some of my 2-D art works, done mostly on canvas, paper, or cardboard.
